Tesamorelin
Positioned for qualified laboratory research with full identity and purity documentation supplied at the lot level.
products are for qualified laboratory research use only. Not for human or veterinary use.
Mechanism of action
Tesamorelin is a synthetic analogue of growth-hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH) stabilised by a trans-3-hexenoyl group at the N-terminus. Research focuses on its agonism at the GHRH receptor on pituitary somatotrophs, stimulating endogenous pulsatile growth hormone release and downstream IGF-1 signalling, with particular interest in visceral adipose tissue and lipid metabolism models.
